For use at levels 8-10.Mix Express Tones with ChromaSilk Zero Lift in a 1:1 ½ ratio. Apply to damp hair using a brush.Processing time of 5 minutes or less. If longer application time is required or a more pastel tone is desired, add Clear toner up to ½ of the chosen formula to dilute the amount of pigment deposited. When using Clear to dilute pigment, add Clear to the chosen formula plus 1 ½ times the amount of Zero Lift Developer. Clear toner can be used alone, mixed at a ratio of 1:1 ½ with Zero Lift Developer
